1. General Terms

This website (the “Website”) is operated by PELICAN ENTERTAINMENT B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number 134359, registered at 1, Dr. H. Fergusonweg, Willemstad, Curaçao, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/561/0554 (the “Company”, “We”, “our”, “us”) in accordance with the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard (Landsverordening op de kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157). The license was granted on 15/11/2024. Payments are processed by Edric Ltd. (HE 446653) and Faren Ltd. (HE 446654), Demosthenes Severis 23, office 10, 1080, Nicosia, Cyprus, acting as payment agents on behalf of PELICAN ENTERTAINMENT B.V.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, “you” and “your” mean the person who accesses the Website, its content and uses the gaming and other services (the “Services”) offered on or through the Website (the “Customer”).

These Terms of Service stipulate the manner of accepting bets, paying winnings and resolving disputes, as well as specific features of certain bets on certain sports, and govern any other relations between the Company and the Customer. They apply to betting on the Website and at the Company betting facilities.

Definitions

  • Bet — a risk-driven agreement for potential winnings between the Customer and the Company, conditioned by an event whose outcome is yet to be determined.
  • Bonus — a promotional reward (extra funds, free spins or other incentives) subject to specific terms such as deposit requirements, wagering conditions and expiration periods.
  • Privacy Policy — the policy on the collection, processing, use and protection of personal data.
  • Security Service — the internal division responsible for the integrity of financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Support Service — the Company's official customer assistance channel; all communication shall be directed via email.
  • AML — Anti-Money Laundering; CTF — Counter-Terrorism Financing; KYC — Know Your Customer procedures.
  • Outcome — the result of the event(s) on which the bet was placed.
  • Bet Cancellation — the bet is not settled, the arrangement is deemed unconcluded and the stake is refunded.
  • Regular Time — match duration under the rules of the sport, including added time, excluding extra time, overtime and penalty shootouts.

Registration and eligibility

To register, the Customer must accept the Terms of Service. Updates become effective a minimum of two weeks after announcement. In case of discrepancies between translations, the English version prevails. By registering, you confirm you act on your own behalf and are the ultimate beneficial owner of the account and funds.

The following individuals are not allowed to place bets:

  • individuals under 18 years of age, or the higher legal minimum age of their jurisdiction;
  • individuals who directly participate in the events being bet on (athletes, coaches, referees, club owners or management) or anyone acting on their behalf;
  • individuals representing other bookmakers;
  • individuals with gambling addiction problems;
  • individuals prohibited by law from contracting with a bookmaker.

Restricted territories

Access may be illegal in certain countries. Explicitly forbidden territories: Australia, Curaçao, France, Netherlands, Spain, the U.S.A. and its dependencies, the United Kingdom, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Website complies with local law. If you reside where use is illegal, the Company may close your account and refund the remaining balance (after deducting winnings credited since your most recent deposit).

Bet acceptance and settlement

  • The Company may refuse bets from customers who breach these Terms, or from any individual without giving a reason.
  • All bets are settled based on data provided by the processing center. Winnings are paid within 30 calendar days of the official publication of the last event result on the bet slip.
  • A bet is won if all outcomes in it were predicted correctly. Changes in odds, handicaps or limits after placement do not affect a placed bet.
  • Esports Live bets affected by technical failures are refunded only if the event does not occur or is not settled.
  • Bets accepted in error or in violation of these Terms may be voided and paid at odds of 1. Obviously erroneous odds are settled at the effective market odds.
  • Bets may be blocked or voided where unsportsmanlike play, match fixing, use of another Customer's account or unusual betting activity is suspected. The Company complies with the Council of Europe Convention on the Manipulation of Sports Competitions (CETS No. 215).
  • Connection failures while receiving bet confirmation do not cancel a bet. Placing a bet confirms acceptance of these Terms.
  • Complaints about results are considered together with official documents from sports federations. Transliteration of team or player names and tournament titles do not give grounds for refunds.
  • The Company is not liable for indirect, collateral or incidental losses, including loss of profit.

The Company may update these Terms at any time; amendments take effect on publication, and earlier bets remain unchanged. Deposits and withdrawals can be accessed through the “My Account” section.
